Reservation Rules and Policy

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date, there will not be any refund. This rate is non-refundable. 

Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card. Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/amendments made after 4PM on day of arrival: One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Yes, a credit card or debit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information.

Reservations must be canceled free of charge before 2PM on day of arrival. Otherwise, One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card/debit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

All reservations that are guaranteed with a valid credit card are held for late arrivals. If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please let us know by calling us at 704-289-4581.

 

If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to us at 704-289-4581.

No, we do not accept pets

We do have room available for physically challenged and will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
